Euroreef CS6-3b pump replacement suggestions.

The Sedra 5000 that came with this skimmer is shot. I was about to order another but wondered if there are any other pumps I should look at such as one of the Bubble Blasters. Would the cost of the BB justify any increased performance? Or, should I just go with another Sedra 5000? This will be on my 120 reef that will have a moderate bio-load. Thanks

Good skimmer, I used a CS6-2 on a 120 for about 5yrs, was very happy with it! You could go with a BB2000 for a small performance increase, but it's not really needed. The cost difference probably wouldn't justify the small performance gain in my opinion. The CS6-3, as well as CS6-2 skimmers from ER were very well matched up body size wise with the Sedra 5000.
