Euroreef Outlet Foam Sleeve

Hey guys,
Picked up a Euroreef CS8-2 skimmer and its working great. However, it is crazy loud and I saw some pictures where some ran theres with a foam sleeve that quieted the water exiting the skimmer. I have searched several online stores and come up empty. Anyone know where to get these?
