Is this the newest version with the pinwheel and adjustment pipe?

Not sure. I got it new from salty critter the last week of november. However, the drain pipe is not a pinwheel type, so I'd have to say no.

Pinwheel is the pump, not the drain. Does it look like this? (the new model)
