Even some squillids can be attractive!

I got this small (9cm) squillid from eastern Australia. The colors are subtle, but the eyes are interesting.

I am more curious about where in Eastern Australia =D since I live in brisbane and its 1/2 way down the Australian Eastern Coastline =D

There are tons of stomatopods around Brisbane. Most of my collecting in the area is done at Straddie. G. graphurus, P. ciliata, O. scyllarus, O. latirostris are all common.

Yeah after I went over your List I came up with around 26 differen't species that live in and around australian waters =D if the weather is good toomorow I will be venturing out to various places near my house and I'll hopefully encounter a stomatopod or 2 or a few =D I plan on taking some equipment with me so I can take pics of whatever I find then post the pics on this forum when I get back =D

EDIT: Although I wasen't aware "Odontodactylus scyllarus" are around straddie that is handy =D
