Ever seen Coraline Algae do this???

I don't think its a different strain. I have had rock for ten years with none of that and when all the calcium depleting organisms were removed and my reactor was running it plated all over the place. I think it has to do more with an unlimited amount of calcium. Of course you cant see the full tank in the above pictures but you do see soft corals. If you were to maintain a softy tank the way you would an SPS you should get the crazy coraline.

I actually believe it is a different strain as well and seems more common in Florida. I have seen it twice in real life and its awesome!

Here's mine, or what's left of it. It has been completely shaded by monti cap for a while now. I should frag a piece and transplant it.
