Everyone should go chek out aquatic tech. Like a new store!

Aquatic tech is like a new store. Great deals and very much in line with Salty critter and the like with prices. Greg is getting his green house bins in and is doing great. The store use to only sell larger colonies and now it is selling a lot more frags. I am just getting back into the hobby and checked out my stores I use to and some new ones. No other store in the area has the selection AT has. Prices are also very good now. They house most of the corals under MH lighting. Fish are fed only high quality frozen food and he also makes sure all fish are eating before selling.

Greg has huge over costs for running such a large store. He also runs a much larger store when some others. Also a lot of customers are in the store. A lot of people browse that don't even have tanks. It is easy for an employee to not even see you unless you ask for help. Its not like there is two rows of coral and there is 2 -3 people for such a small area.

So go to AT knowing once you browse around and find something you want info on or want then go ask for help. The employees will gladly help you and stop the tank cleaning ect.

We are lucky to have two good stores that I know of being At and Salty Critter. If you been bashing AT you might want to give them a second chance. I do not work or get paid in any way from AT. Just tired of all the bashing that goes on and this is truely a good store.

I'm not Greg. I was shocked today when I went in. I just bought a new heater I needed but it was hard to pass some stuff up.

Nice frag trough. Looked like more were on the way. It's a little hard to see what's in it with the flow going, but they must shut it off if you ask them since that's what happened while I was there. That, or it goes off and on.

when i seen that for the first time ithought man would the sun affect the growth of algae and the temp swings, but im sure he took that in to consideration. does anyone know if that is its own system or is it tied into the whole kit and cabodale? when i was in construction a house in baindbridge had one of those put into the floor of the basement so his hids can do swimming laps without going to the main pool OUTSIDE UNDER THE COVERED RETRACTABLE BUILDING!

Greg designed the greenhouse to eventually have 8 of the tanks like the one he currently has running. The 8 tanks will be 2 separate systems made up of four tanks on each side of the greenhouse. None of it is, or will be plumbed to the 3 main retail systems he has running inside the store.

Early last week he was finally able to get the supplier to deliver 3 more of the tanks, and one sump for the system on the east side of the greenhouse. I'm sure he is busy right now plumbing them. :lol:
