Evolution of my tank

One year ago my sister gave me her 55 gallon that she did not have anymore interest in..

As you can see I had my work cut out for me haha

Started off small getting the water chemistry right and added a live rock

Bought a whole bunch of dead rock and cured it

Let's get to work I used a chisel masonary drill and black zip ties

This seems to be interesting, I cant wait to see the final (the real final) product. I kind of wish i kept a chronological order of the evolution of my reef tank from the previous installments.

Im getting new lighting next weekend and adding two clowns and a RBTA and a flame angel.
Current stock is
4 turbo snails
2 nassarius snails
2 brittle starfish
Snowflake eel
15 hermit crabs
Valentini puffer
melanurus wrasse

Yeah definetaly a ways to go the "finished product" was just the rock work haha got a ways to go just wanted to start a thread to show my progress and get some feedback

Upgraded to a 4 bulb tek the pictures come out bluer than what it really is

So my old TDS meter said my RO/DI water was coming out at 4ppm but that meter broke so I ordered a new one and it said 44ppm!!!! I replaced the dionization carbon and filter and got it back to 0ppm phew but since that my phosphates have gone down and with the new lighting the coraline is starting to spread in only one week!
