Also, here is a little background I have a total volume size about 35 gallons (DT 26 gallons and sump about 8-10 gallons). I have been dosing MB 7 about 4 weeks (for 2 weeks straight I dosed - 5 ml daily until maintenance dose) now I am only adding 5ml every Sunday after my WC for the maintenance dose. And 3 weeks ago I started adding 2 ml of vinegar every day to the tank, this week I bumped it up to a total of 6 ml. I plan on adding 2 ml of vinegar every week until I hit zero on my NO3 and PO4 then cut the dose in half for the daily maintenance dose.

Finally got around to setting up my Bubble Magus T-01 Doser!!! First off let me tell you the instructions are ok at minimum but I was still left with a lot of questions about how the doser functions. But I have to give Urbaneks a big thanks (I know I definitely owe him a six pack when I head up to the PHX area). He called me and walked me through the functions and how to set up every channel (pump head) on the doser plus some insight on lessons learned from his set up / what to check if something malfunctions plus replacement and maintenance. AGAIN THANK YOU URBANEKS!!! Also, have to say a Thank you to BATTLE ATHLETICS for the information on the Decals for AQUABOX!!! If you guys have not check out their website I suggest checking it out http://www.aquaboxaquarium.com/!!! Richard is awesome to work with and extremely prompt in answering questions. I emailed him and when in 30 minutes he emailed me back and answered all my questions plus some. I am actually in the process of ordering some new dosing containers from Aquabox. All I can say is that if you are looking for an automated doser / set it & forget it the BM T-01 is it. But a word of advice is don't buy the package !!! Buy the doser separate (love the doser) but the container (Seaside - IMO) really missed the mark, quality is really lacking on the container and they still siphon even after resealing the joints of the tube connections (per the instruction given by the US Distributor). Just an FYI / maybe I got a bad set but they seem to be using cheap acrylic and flimsy plus I have to use tape to keep the lids on. Really just disappointed in the Seaside containers functionality overall!! Now Picture time.

Eh... It's ok, slowly coming back around. Lost my Red fromia starfish and a couple frags. I got that light fixture wired up with 2 wall plugs, now just gotta hang it.

Sorry to hear about your starfish and the frags. But your coral will love the extra light from the Tek light . Now hurry up and hang it !!

Updates! How you liking the light?

No update as of yet have all my pictures are on my phone just to busy to update this thread right now maybe buy later this week. But I like it my Radion for the fact that:

1) It has eco smart programs already set up on the light all you have to do is hook it up and program it using your computer or laptop.

2) If you are running a Apex and have the WXM you can now run and control the Radion wirelessly and do any custom programing through Fusion. It really is easy and with a flip of a switch you can run 10k / 14k/ or 20 k presets in Fusion.

Apex for the win !!! :D

And how's that bubble mag doser working for ya?

I really love the BM Doser - its a set it and forget it type of doser. No more manual dosing for me ever again... But you never really realize this until you get a routine down and your parameter are stable then your see growth.

Pros :

1) You can set this up to dosing small doses every hour for 24 hrs or separate the dosing though out the day (automatically done by the doser / no math required).

2) Don't have to manually dose or turn on any pumps to dose / has a clock built in and it even keep it's internal clock running if you lose power ( not sure how long it last) but I set mine up in the kitchen and it took me about an hour before I put it in the tank - which it was unplugged the whole time and it still keep the correct time when I plugged it into my apex outlet.

3) Doser works on military time (24 hrs)

4) Will dose every 5 mins per pump - meaning pump 1 will dose if set up at 11:00 AM then pump 2 can dose at 11:05 then pump 3 can dose at 11:10. I have mine set up an hour apart from pump 1 to pump 2 to prevent precipitation.

Cons:

1) Only con I can think of is you can't set it up to dose only on certain days its daily dosing.

Hope this helps - I am no way a PRO will this doser yet, but this is my own personally advise on the use of doser.
