Example 7095 settings for small tank?

I've got a pair of 6055's in a 29g (30" long) facing each other.

Can you recommend settings for great water flow and minimal maintenance?

BTW - the plan for the tank is to keep anemones.

i would set it to pulse, this way the water will go back and foward kind of like waves.... i forgot the settings i had mine under but one was on longer than the other.... but then again have not had my controllable tunzes in about 2months now i miss them! i cant seem to find any 6055's in stock!! good luck man let me know what works best for ya.

I generally prefer Interval 2, one pump idles at 30% while one pulses. You can use the transformer voltage and knobs on the controller to set the speed of the pump to what you need. A 6hr interval is probably the most natural, I use a 3 second pulse as it is fast enough for good turbulence but slow enough to allow the pump to reach the set speeds before changing speed.
