thx in advance to any who replies...

thx for subscribing todd.....

I'll start this from my experience... please add if you see that I missed something...

Daily feed fish, check fish behavior, clean glass walls (if needed), check powerheads (remove debris if needed), check water temp, check skimmer (empty if needed), ENJOY WATCHING YOUR TANK :)

Weekly 10-20% water change, clean sand, check water parameters, clean skimmer, wipe dust off lights, clean reflectors if needed

Monthly replace filter media, clean powerheads, clean pumps

Bi-annual replace lights

can anyone please tell me what the routine maintenance on inline chillers, calcium reactors, kalk reactors or any other equipment that is available

According to Randy Holmes-Farley's article, the most benefit comes from doing 30% water changes monthly. So you probably don't need to do a water change weekly unless you have a nano tank without a skimmer.

Also, if you are running a filter with media, you should either stop using it as it will become a nitrate factory or rinse/replace the filter media weekly; more if you have a high bio load. Really all you need for filtration is 1.5 to 2 pounds of live rock per gallon and a good protein skimmer; maybe a filter sock on your drain line from your tank into your sump but that would need to be rinsed/washed ever few days or once a week.

After the tank has cycled and you know you have a stable system, your probably don't need to check the water parameters weekly.

Here's what I use to log everything. Simple excel spreadsheet. If you would like a blank copy, just shoot me a PM with your email address.
