U sure that's the shrimp?.. They molt and it looks just like the shrimp. I have thought sim a few times.mthey hide good after a molt cause they r sold and in danger. Natural instinct.

Mine also did the shell replacement trick a few times on me and scared me, but his last act was a disappearing one, into the mouth of the GBTA for real. It does look like yours is the actual shrimp. If it is only the shell, you should be able to tell.

It's the actual shrimp. You can see the meat part inside the shell.
