Experience with Upscales?

First off, if this has to be moved to the Vendor Experiences forum, then do so; just thought I'd get some opinions form the SPS guys.

I'm about to order a Oregon Blue Tort from Upscales, anyone have any expereince ordering from them?

Travis is a stand up guy. Nices size frags and beautiful color corals. I got my oregon tort from him as well.

I visited that place last time I was in Portland and they had some great prices and lots of SPS.
 
I got some really nice frags from Travis about 5 weeks ago, including a beautiful oregon tort frag. It was a killer blue/aqua blue. All corals settled in after a few days, two of them came in a bit stressed out but they looked great within a few days. When I emailed Travis with my initial worry that one of them looked "really" stressed and it might not make it he said no worries, he would take care of any problems. There was no problem but it was great to know he was right there to take care of anything that might not make it.

BTW, the oregon tort shipped really well. The polyps were out in the bag when I opened the box. Hardy little sucker. Just wish it grew a bit faster. Let us know what you end up getting, the A. microcladus, lime with purple polyps is awesome.

I am gonna order tomorrow, and was only gonna get the Oregon, but, maybe I'll give the A. microcladus a shot as well.

Anyone else with any recently ordered noteworthy corals?

If you can talk him out of a frag of the A. microcladus DO IT! Its just an insane looking acro.
you got post pics when you get it.
 
Just an update on what I ended up ordering:

-Oregon Blue Tort
-Orange Monti Setosa
-A. Microcladus

I'll post some pics when I get it in tomorrow.

I recieved my frags this morning and they looked great. Great packaging. I'll post some pictures later on.

Believe me if I could leave work right now and go home to play with my tank I sure as hell would....I'll tell you this, the Oregon was bluer than I'd ever seen any tort!! Give me a few more hours.

The Oregon tort is my favorite acro. My two colonies just glow blue. It is extremely easy to pick out the Oregon tort in a sea full of acros.
 
I got two shipments from him. The Oregon Torts will knock your socks off. Here is my orange Setosa. Much brighter in person.
