Extra tank has trace of copper

Is it possible to bleach it out or use vinegar?

I know once it's traced with copper, it's a hassle to take out

I dosed it with copper as a hospital tank and want to reuse it as a sump

rinse it well and put it in service. Neither the glass or the silicone will absorb any amount of copper worth worrying about. If in doubt, fill it up, put in a power head and a piece of polyfilter. you'll know for sure soon enough.

wipe down with vinegar and let the tank dry. repeat the process if you want to be safer.

Yeah, that's fine.
That type of exposure isn't really an issue. Copper gets into plastic and rocks and sand, glass and silicon is nbd.
