A way i used to combat cold temps is to run about 50 feet of ro tubing coiled up in a bucket full of water. Small heater to warm in line teem for faster production rates. Hope this helps.
If your in renter mode, and using a sink.... you can fill the sink with the hottest water you have and sink the extra tubing in it. Mines hooked up to my bathroom sink, and I use a butter knife to keep the excess tubing submerged. Warms the water a bit before it runs through the system. (depending on how much your doing, you'll have to rewarm the water at some point.) If I had more tubing it'd be much more efficient, but it still makes a noticeable difference.
i run the ro line around my heat pipes like you would a heat tape . it dosnt warm the water up to bath temp but it is a lot warmer than that cold well water
I do this in the "winter" anyway, because I can see the difference. Here in the PNW we don't often get extreme cold... but the ground does get pretty cold, and I have a long run from the hookup to the house...
