We would like to let anybody interested know that we are extremely satisfied with Richard! His rock so far is amazing! We are getting ready to schedule the second part of our "package". Richard followed up without us even having to contact him. It really feels like he cares your setup is a success. We are located all the way in Phoenix, AZ and the shipping was a piece of cake. We felt like it was Christmas when we got the first part because there was so many unexpected awesomeness with our order.

Part 2 was an even better surprise! We are amazed with the life of this rock! The extra goodies were an even better treat! Once again this process was super easy and so cool!
