My CB was missing for a couple day so Today I started taking down my rocks to find him, well I found him. His eye is popping out. Please look in my gallery.
What should I do??? I posted 3 pics in my gallery In 1 of them it looks like something has been eating away at his fins. Please help. Thanks

Looks like pop eye:

Pop eye (exophtalmia) can result from rough handling, gas embolism, tumors, bacterial infection, or vitamin A deficiency. Gas bubble or bacterial infection can be treated successfully with penicillin or amoxicillin.

*borrowed from another site. You could try a search on it here, too.

I've heard that quarantining and treating with Maracyn-Two can help treat pop eye and possibly fin rot, if that is the case. I believe pop eye is due to some sort of bacterial infection. But that's just what I've read.

Maybe it got trapped between a couple rocks or in a cave and when you moved a rock it got out? That might account for the haggard fins. And maybe the pop eye, too.

My foxface had popeye. I believe it was caused by poor water quality. I did a couple water changes and it went away in a few days.

I would add epsom salts to the water. Do a search on the internet to find the correct dosage.
I used it when one of my fish had pop-eye and it went away in a few days.

If the condition is in fact an ocular nerve infection by bacteria or fungus (the true Popeye), then you need a medication that will go inside the fish.

For bacteria, the best such antibiotic is Maracyn Two for Saltwater fish. It penetrates into the fish from the water. But it has to be used in double the recommended initial dose.

I would venture to say, by looking at your algae problem, that you have a major water quality issue. If you don't use RO/DI water, start. You really should perform a major water change soon. Start skimming VERY aggressively. Maybee even run some carbon and a polypad for a couple of weeks.

Either way.... I really think your water quality has lead to this fishes problems.

The placing of Epsom Salts into a marine aquarium to cure a fish problem is amusing.

Epsom Salts is Magnesium Sulfate. Both Magnesium and Sulfates are in natural and our seawater mix. You are doing nothing by adding Epsom Salts, except to raise the magnesium level in the water.

The use of Epsom Salts was a means to help freshwater fishes. But adding it to seawater is like adding Sodium Chloride to the seawater -- it's already there. :)

So, if you are planning to still use Epsom Salts, you are planning to do nothing other than to raise the Magnesium level. You need to test for Magnesium in your tank water, being careful not to overdose it.
