Hello everyone attending,
Im "catering" the event. Pulled pork sandwiches (north carolina style), Hot links, They have a lil heat to them but are tasty. Kinda like andouille sausage. And pastrami sandwiches. They will come with a side of BBQ beans and coleslaw and soda. I make EVERYTHING home made, Rubs, Sauces, Brines even my hot sauces that are in my sausages. This is my first large catering event since my stroke 5 1/2 years ago and need to start up my business again. I can thank all the people that have come to our SFVR meetings for inspiring me by eating everything i bring to the meetings hahaha...So please rain rain go away come back another day!!
