My lab gray hound mix had a spontaneous pneumothorax. Basicly a hole in his lung that didn't result from trauma. We are hoping he pulls through, he spent 3 days in the emergency room, two needle decompresdions later we hope he will pull through. He has to be in his crate for the next 2 weeks. Then very light excercise.
