One female seahorse needs to go to a new home. I believe she was wild caught due to her size, which is well over 8" with her tail uncurled.
I believe her to be h. erectus. She did recently deposit eggs with my male, who unfortunately then developed a pouch infection and died.
She eats frozen mysis very well. Eats frozen plankton somewhat. Loves live ghost shrimp treats. Hunts well and has good eye movement. Eats out of my hand. I've had her for a year and a half. She is currently yellow, but seahorses can change at will.
You MUST have a seahorse safe tank before she will go home with you. You must tell me what you have and I will decide. Seahorses are easy to keep with the proper set up. I've just lost interest and decided to change my seahorse tank more to an invert tank, which she will eat as fast as I put in there.
Please respond here or by PM if you are interested. In case several are interested, preference will be given to the one with the best set up for the fish, not who was first to respond.
