I was picking up my 25g Ecoxotic Tank there the other day and saw a sign they're moving! They said they will have a new store soon...I will try to get more details about it!
 
I stopped by the other day and G said that they were hoping for a Feb grand opening. He said they are just selling fish and supplies. None of the other stuff. Many more tanks on display. Should be very nice. Changing the name to ABC Aquariums. Very exciting.
 
Pretty psyched about this as well! G said he spent the day setting up a bunch of 125g tanks at the new place. Plus the new location is closer to my house. Easier access. :0)
 
G has some sneak pics on his FB page. Looks like its going to be a big store, I know he was excited he was going to be able to bring all his "fish" stuff under one roof.
 
Thats what he told me, many many many tanks and a lot of frags to sell and huge store! im pumped. We should talk him into a frag swap at the new shop to bring all URS reefers to Rochester instead of Buffalo and Syracuse(even tho they are amazing) and show them what we have here locally!
 
I was wondering if someone could pm me the address or post it as i used my gps to get to a shop by the name abc and it took me to a mini mall here in fairport. Thanks.
 
Stopped by ABC last evening to pick up a few things, and was lucky enough to catch G going to new store to unload some new tanks. I got the tour and man is it gonna be nice. Way bigger and they are doing things up nice. Stop by the store and pick up a Christman present for yourself LOL. I came home singing "Merry Christmas to me"" My wife was not impressed.
 
I heard that they're only going to be doing fish and aquarium stuff at the new shop and not"everything else." Anyone confirm this? I won't be back in the area for another week.
 
I took my first visit to ABC today and they are definitely moving, hard at work moving tanks. It will be great to see the new store.

confirmed, he told me they just did it at the time to make a little more money and doesn't really like that part of the store. Hes more about the fish like all of us!
 
Hes father(as far as i know) is very much into reefing as well, The intention of the existing store was to be all fish but didn't have enough people interested at the time so they added the birds hamsters.... But now theirs a higher demand and thats all they want to do. More money to be made IMO.
 
don't let the old man fool ya. he's an O g from way back. he used to collect rainwater near chernobyl before the days of rodi. great family ran business, can't wait to see the new store.
 
Great place to shop IMO, most of my corals came from G and don't regret anything! Haven't been there in a while, need to stop in and check everything out. Great family business over there, can't wait for the new store!
 
Does anyone know a target date for the new store to be open? I could call there, of course, but this gives him a nice bump for the new store.
