Ok guys and girls its time to get rolling on the next event. I am available to help anyone. I know Ron was working on some things and I was hoping that there would be more help so if you are going to help, now is when we need it!!! There are a lot of things that need to be taken care of for the next event.

NCPARS BOD:

WE as a group need to get together and plan the venue, time, date, and etc... Even if we only meet for about an hour online we need to move forward on this so we don't get behind. I have seen some emails going about dates and so forth but lets get active to move ahead. We also need to have a meeting at the next swap to set dates for next year.

NCPARS MEMBERS:

I still need stories, information, experiences, pictures, and anything else reef related for the newsletter and for things we can do at the swap. Anything you want to include will be considered. We are going to need volunteers in the area the swap is going to take place so that the BOD is not over burdened with all the tasks that need to be done. Rahn are you willing to lend a hand with a PA system, if not I have one laying around just depends on how far I have to take this stuff, LOL.

General Info:

Once we have a date, time, place, etc. we can start loading pics and stuff on fragswapper. I will do that as soon as we move forward with the preliminaries.

thanks,

Rick

swap...

swap...

If the venue is holding things up, I can get the Hegins Fire Co. I realize that it's not the most convenient place for everyone, but it's always an option for us. Many people are familiar with the location from previous swaps.

Let me know...

Rahn

Keep in mind that there is a swap in Columbus Saturday, September 30th. A lot of us Eastern PA folks will likely be going there.

Don't worry Stevie boy, we don't step on toes in our planning. That is one reason this club has had trouble making plans, we worry about everybody else.

thanks,

Rick

Where have all the reefers gone?

We need volunteers and help with every aspect of the swap so your input and time is valued and needed.

thanks,

Rick

I think this summer more so then others has gotten everyone doing something else. I know for me, I didn't look at my tank for about 2 months while I built a deck on my pool. I'm just now getting back into mainteance etc. For me, the rest of my summer weekends are booked till fall. this has been a busy summer for sure.

Glad to see there are still some of us out there. I am glad to see some interest in helping. I will remember and check with you as time gets closer and more things are finalized.
