False Perc change in behavior

I have two false percula clownfish which I have had for eight months in a 29 gallon. They are perhaps two inches in length.

Within the past week they have become obsessed with my green star polyps, xenia, kenya tree, and fiji toadstool leather. They are constantly hovering in the polyps. Why would they, all of a sudden, have such an interest? I have no anemonies because I do not feel up to the challange yet.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you!

just typical clown hosting behavior, They might end up irritating the corals and causing them to not do so well.

very typical behavior of clowns
