False Perc is fat & acting funny

Hi all-

We've had "Betty" for about six months now, and she has always been the most active one in our tank, constantly bugging her little "lover," Norbie, our other False Perc, and eating like a champ.

Today, when I came home, I noticed she was swimming really funny, breathing kind of hard, and most importantly, she looked... well, fat. Her tummy is bigger than normal. As I noticed this, I recalled that when I fed the Hikari Mysis this morning, she had a bunch in her mouth and seemed to be having a hard time, but she eventually spit it out and then swallowed it again with no problems...

I just went to check on her again, and she has her face in a hole in the rock, almost as if she's trying to hide (she is still alive, just acting really funny.)

Everyone else in the tank is acting normal and the parameters are as follows:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10-15 ppm
Salinity: 1.021 (We're slowly raising this; we know it's a little low.)

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going on with her? I mean, she looks almost like she could be pregnant, but... I don't know.

Please help!

IS she still active? MY be eggs, but most likely might be an internet infection. Try feeding it some food soaked in garlic.

She is out of the rock this morning, but is hovering on the sandbed... I've never seen a fish act like this.

I did parameters this morning and:

pH: 8.0
Ammonia: 0
Nitrities: 0
Nitrates: Undetectable
Salinity: 1.021

Can anyone think of anything that may be wrong with her?

When we came home from our LFS this afternoon with everything needed for a QT tank, whaddya know? Betty is perky and swimming around as if nothing had happened in the past 24 hours! (Which I was very happy to see, of course!)

She and Norbie, her lover, have been mostly staying in one corner of the tank, hovering over a particular LR... do you think she may have laid eggs and now they're guarding them? I haven't read up much on clownfish behavior before spawning because I never thought mine would...

Or is it all just a fluke?
