False Percula Clownfish sexing or changing sex

I have a false percula residing in my 24g nano and very happy in his/her anemone. I am wanting another for them to hopefully mate. they have no real predators in the tank (or at least it will be gone to my 90g). eats very well is very friendly and his/her host is about 4" and very healthy also. My main question is: will one of the false perculas change sex once I add the 2nd in the tank? I have heard that this does happens when in a group and the female dies or is removed but I am not sure if this happens if one is added. any one?

well yes the dominant one will become the female. But if you buy a smaller juvenile false percula, chances are that the established clown will be the female and the juvenile will be the male. Also your established clown is probably already female

Thanks, I was thinking/hoping that was the case. I really like her very friendly and want to try and breed them.

with the addition of a small juvenile clown it could take a while for that clown to reach maturity to breed so if that is the your goal make sure that your patient..Also when you do add the other clown keep an eye on it. It could possibly get violent. Just a heads up.
