Fan and light dead

I just got home, and one of my G1 is dead. Tried doing a master reset ... nothing. Unpluged it from the balast nothing ... only when i pluged it via USB to my computer it started working again ... but i noticed the fan wasn´t, so i turned it of once again so no leds got heat issue.

What can i do ?? I´m not from the US

Same thing happened to all 3 of mine. Just call them and explain and they will send you a new or refurbished light as long as the malfunction is not due to water damage.

Did you purchase the Radion in Argentina? If so, you will need to contact the retailer whom you purchased the Radion from, and they will advise you on who their licensed EcoTech Marine distributor is. The distributor will then be able to repair/replace your Radion. If the Radion was purchased in the United States, please contact us directly. service@ecotechmarine.com Attn: Alex

Alex just a quick question.
I have radion also.
Is it normal.for.the fan to work all the time?
Mine works 24/7 even when the light go off....

Hi Alex, i have bought my Radions in the US, but we have a representative in Argentina. I will send him my light tomorrow and see whats the problem with it.
