Fasting Fishes

Hey just wondering, I have been keeping discuss for over 10 years, and I had one scheduled day where I wouldnt feed them. Just to clean there digestive system. Do they recommend Fasting your saltwater fish once in a while?
Or would the aspca be knocking on my door.:lol:

When I go out of town for a couple of days (no feeding), I think my whole tank looks better and fish seem fine--and eager to eat.
