Mark, where did you find that last one. I can't stop looking at it. I'm in love! If you ever want to get rid if it please please let me know. Oh and the photos are magnificent as always.

Those are simply unbelievable Mark!
Love the multiple color schemes on most of those. a few actually look like Acans.
That last one is totally psychotic..(Insane, but tired of using that adjective.LOL)!!

Keep forgetting how much I like the pastel war and peace, thanks for the reminder Mark! : P A nice one at that! Gonna have to break down and get a piece of that last one this coming Sunday, thought I could hold out but I see now that I can't...:rolleye1:

Out of curiosity, what is the aggression level on these guys? If I stack mine side by side, can I expect some territorial behaviors? Or are they relatively passive. I'm rather new to these corals.

Here's a few from my collection!!

Nice collection, Nelly. Very good looking colonies, every one.
BTW, are there some Platygyra in a couple of those pics?

Matthew

Man, I miss my old colonies. never was really into the frag thing, except as a conservation measure. I've seen some tanks that look like they are commercial coral farms with the frags. But a healthy, growing colony? To me that is the sign of a great reef tank

Matthew
(No I'm not saying frag collectors are bad, just what I personally prefer. No offense, peace!LOL)

Matthew, a sign of a real great reef tank is one that has been grown from a little "frag farm"! Haha! I can say that it is quite satisfying to watch them grow and compare photos year after year. Also, colonies of extraordinary color are not often available in many areas!

Yea I agree all my colonies started as frags! Some like my 2 platagyra brains I've had for 6 plus years! My 100+ Duncan started from an almost dead polyp!! It's all how your care for your reef!

yes, that is the ideal Reef. Healthy colonies growing from smaller pieces.
Platygyra just never do well for me, tho.. Not sure why, though a certain clownfish used to flip one of my colonies off the Reef. Enough, that RTN finally set in.
That fish is deceased, but my bad luck with those beautiful corals continues..

Hmmm I can't keep them either. I thought it was just me.
