Favia Show Off Thread

Certainly some great Favia shown on the last few pics & posts. Glad to see some life left on this old thread! And even better, more beautiful Favia/Favites still around!

Nice as always Andy. I'll have to charge up my camera & get a pic of my blue & red one. Hopefully.. (crossing fingers)

Thanks bro..I threw the goni up there for Matthew to peek at..difficult to pull the color out of that shot...lol

Loving those! Yeah, I'll charge up the camera & try to get a pic. I may have to get a new memory chip or find a way to dump the memory on thecurrent one. Reason? I don't want to flood my 'puter with pics already on the Hard Drive!
Simple stuff, then get my Photobucket account updated...

Oh, and Andy, no visual bribery is needed. LOL I want to show this one off.
My Goniastrea isn't looking so well lately. It had an Aipitasia hitchhiker that stung it pretty bad. I removed the pest manually, but I see some tissue recession. Darn!! :(

I'm seconding that ID. Very beautiful Favia.
BTW, I goofed forgot to plug the camera battery in, got to go do that.
But how can I get a good pic that isn't blurred ( My earlier efforts sort of..no, no sort of. THEY SUCKED. Colored blurs!) in a Bowfront?

Matthew

That last pic did not show for me, I got a red x. What the heck causes that anyway?
I can try Andy, I cannot promise success however...
Actually, I'm at the point of upgrading the entire reef, as in bigger tank. Maybe wait? Maybe not. So far this one has held its colors. (Fingers crossed!). I'll just go get the pic..
