Melev: Well, I lost the link to that page that identified corals from each & every Genus. I know I've seen that one at the site. I want to say F. speciosa, but I don't think so. And maybe that's a completely different genus. but darn that thing looks familiar!
Reefer334: That is to die for,but is that second pic a Chalice?

That coral ID link is dead for me. It was http://www2.aims.gov.au/coralsearch/coralid_search.php. Anyone got the new link? Also, that second one of reefer334s looks allot like favites pentagona to me.

Well, today was my lucky day. I picked these beauties up at a LFS. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them. Both of them are huge colonies. I finally have something to contribute to this thread! The first three pictures are of the same colony, just different lighting conditions. :D

Jared: Score! Big Time! Those are awesome & breathtaking! You got these from a LFS? I need to find that store.

So AMs has dropped it? Too bad, the pics were so so for aquariast purposes but the info was top notch.

CRVZ: Looks like he is keeping the source of those secret. I think I would too!

Matthew

Haha! Not trying to keep it a secret. They came from a store called Marine Aquatics in Centerville, Utah. You'd have to come visit to check them out. I go in there all the time, but rarely see anything worth picking up. Just was lucky this time. :D

Lucky is right, if only I had been there a day earlier! :mad2: LOL, I'll be more than happy with a frag!

Jared that is one sweet piece! The color on Andy's computer was not quite right. Just beautiful.

Here is photo of the piece I picked up there "a day late". The colors aren't quite right or bright enough in photos, but here they are. No where near as nice as yours!

That is one amazing coral caddisfly!! Take about 4 or 5 of the top looking favias and melt em together and you might just end up with something like this!

Good show:thumbsup:
