that is one hell of a shot there.. such a sexy coral

Pot of Gold & Baby's breath ROCK!! Those two are the best & sexiest Favia around. But the others up there are no slouches either!
Kev: Man, I nearly lost my Reef last night! Came home & saw cloudy water. Put finger in & found bathing warm water! ****! malfunctiong heater. Now replaced.
Hopefully, all will be well, but it scared the heck out of me. I would hate to have my tank all these years & lose it to a glitch!

Matthew, if your tank is a 36g tank, you only need 125w of heat total. Do you have one or two heaters hooked up? If you have two 75w heaters, if one sticks on it won't have the juice to cook your tank.

That pastel is looking good. I have it and yes it's a fast grower. The prizm isn't at least not in my tank.

Ian that's a nice favia. I like the burgundy eyes

Very poor picture of a very pretty coral. Bought it about a year ago as a small frag. Source said War Coral. Does it belong in this thread? Loved the picture of Mia's Pot of Gold. Just got a small frag that is beginning to make a little growth. I can hardly wait until it has some size on it.

Last night, using blue LED lighting from Current USA, I was able to get this shot of my blood red favia. :D

Mark: Nah, the former heater was over 12.5 watts. Not sure anymore, I tossed it the trash. Anyway, the tank cleared off when temps fell a bit. I got a new heater that following morning. So far, everything is doing nicely. BTW, my pale purple Favia is now as red as yours was when you first got it!
Gdevine: I'd call that Blueberry Sorbet if I were you, & make it a LE! LOL. One very cool Favia that.
