when i was doing my water change last night i noticed my yellow seahorse was lounging around more then she usually does. on closer inspection i thought i seen some white spots on her snout.
i was caught without meds (very dumb ) any ways did some searching and tried a freshwater did last night and she did do a bit of twitching the sign of parasites dyeing. dipped for 5 minutes and returned to tank .
on her return i no longer seen white on snout so maybe it was or wasnt there. edit it does look a bit red and white at tip of snout. i wonder if it snicked a bristle worm
this morning she was still lethargic and did a full 16 minute dip she twitched just slightly this time.
i returned her to tank and went out and got some triple sulfa and i am currently getting 1 g of sw ready in a small treatment tank.
since this tank is so small i only plan on putting her in for a hour or two at a time for the next few days.
this is my 1st sick horse so any feed back from the experienced would be appreciated.
