I like Leopard's("Macropharyngodon Bipartitus" more than "Macropharyngodon Meleagris"). I've had problems with getting ones that eat frozen foods in the past though.

About six months ago, Alan, of Reefs Creation, sold me a McCosker's Flasher Wrasse (Paracheilinus mccoskeri). Never having had any wrasse before, and having heard of their negative traits, I told Alan it had to be peaceful enough to live with Seahorses, a non-jumper because I had an open top tank, and non-burrowing because I had a crushed oyster shell substrate not very conducive to burrowing. Alan said yes, yes, and yes! I've bought both fish and corals from Alan and his advice has always been right on.

I highly recommend the McCosker's Wrasse. Very colorful, always active, and super beautiful when they "flash!"

The McCosker's wrasse is awesome, especially when it stretches it's fins. My favorite is the leopard wrasse because of its patterns and its docile behavior towards my inverts

Most Wrasse's are a hit or miss if not feed often enough. You will need to replenish your CUC every 6 months.. and most that are sold are Reef Compatable with other fish.

Hawiian Flame Wrasse -Yellow & Red - May and may not eat snails, hermits and small crabs. (Colorfull)

Yellow Coris - Yellow- Same as above. As an adult you can see rainbow colors on it's face. Good at picking unwanted pests. (IMOE)

Sixline - Green & Red- Same as above and good at picking unwanted pests.(IMOE)

GL!!

My Fav has been the Rhomboid, Flame, Orange-back, and Melanurus in that order. Great personalities and friendly n a community setting. Must feed plenty or will eat snails and/or crabs. The Melanurus doesnt live by that rule lol, sum will eat inverts regardless of how much u feed em....
