Feather dusters in a fowlr

When I say fowlr, I mean fish, shrimp, snails, and hermits. No corals.

I am probably done buying fish, so I'm looking for something to add, and I've been seeing these cluster dusters on diver's den. I'm wondering what is required to properly keep them. I currently feed a rotation of frozen mysis/brine, ROE, and live blackworks.

I know the dusters filter phytoplankton mostly. How would I go about feeding them? How much plankton, how often, do I have to target feed them? Or just let it fly around and theyll grab it?

Also, will shrimp or hermit crabs pose a problem for them? These murderers love killing my snails, so I wonder if they would see feather dusters as potential victims as well.

Any advice is welcomed! I want to know everything to figure out if it is right for my tank.

Thanks!

I let the food float around when feeding corals/filter feeders. I feed them "coral food" (plankton, rotifers, etc.) 2 teaspoons once a week

I turn off all my pumps and feed phyto and rotifers into the area of the dusters with a turkey baster. Just don't get so close or squeeze so hard you scare them back into their tubes.
