Feather Dusters on live rock

I have several (10 or more) feather dusters growing on a piece of live rock in the aquarium. It doesn't bother that they are growing; however, I was wondering is this a good sign or does this mean there is a problem in my aquarium?

I would say they were hitchikers if they're growing it is a good thing. No problems

I have lots of those "cluster dusters" that came as hitch hikers and grow all over my tank in low light and lower flow areas. They are not a problem at all- I actually like them!
