February Meeting

Any volunteers to host??? The normal date would be Feb 21... Been a while since the Christmas party... Just want to get people thinking about it again...

Can I rejoin the club? I know I've been out of the picture for awhile and probably wouldn't be able to make all the meetings but there seems to be renewed interest in the club. I just lost track of who's on the BOD anymore.

Maybe, but March is my traditional meeting month. Sorry I didn't get to even say "hi" to you at the CR today but you looked like you were in a hurry.

Not a problem... I just ran to CR to drop off Matt's new nano and some bulbs to Paul... I was just there Friday with Ashley, so I promised not to hang out today...

I'd go to a February meeting. Dana lives waaaayTF out there, but I'd still go. We had a great time last time.

We're talking Saturday Feb 21, right? The first saturday in February is the 7th, second is Valentine's Day, third would be the meeting.

Who is presenting What topic? We could discuss the frag swap in June if there is interest in having one this year.

Brisket is my brother's favorite, maybe I'll get him to come to a meeting!

I'll make the big brisket, the stuffed jalapenos, etc., so make it a BBQ theme?

frag swap topic would be great, and after talking to Dave A. a couple days ago, we're throwing around the idea of turning an old 30 gallon chlorinator into a "calcium doser". i don't know what kind of progress we'll have on it by then, but any advice would be appreciated! and after picking up a bunch of new frags in nashville, i have placement questions too...

I am not a member of the reef club, mainly because I didn't know there was one, but I'm very interested. Are visitors welcome at your meetings, if so can somebody give me some more info?

Hi Erick! Visitors are more than welcome at our meetings! We basically sit around and visit/eat/talk tanks for a while and then we usually have a meeting topic. The person hosting the meeting usually goes over their tank with the club. I'm sure Dana will put up or PM her address closer to the meeting time.
