What time is the meeting and for a quick meal or finger food? My tank is on the road for the second attempt "Ups" was playing some B-Ball with it in NY. Let me know the time I need the education, being a newbie.

I will be there... my tank (65 gal.) is moved, and though some of my acros didn't survive the six week stint of me visiting the old house but once or twice a week (sometimes to even do a water change while I was there!), everything that survived the move looks healthier (and better) than it has in a long time!

In addition, the stress of the move seems to have wiped out my montipora eating nudibranch population... here's to small silver linings (and a hope that the eggs were wiped out too!).

See you next Friday!

Sorry I did not make the meeting, I was in San Rafael trying to fix a laptop which was setting the date to Feb 14 2109 every time the user logged in.
Beat my head against it for hours before finally giving her a replacement laptop.
Looks like I did not miss the dipping demo, which I was looking forward to.
Hope you are feeling better James.
Who was the raffle hog this time?:D

I have to take the title of hog. To be honest I was hoping to not win So I would not have to deal with diping and all that when I got home. But o will

Sorry I couldn't make it but ironically I had to quarantine myself from the club. You guys and girls definitely do not want what I have. Hopefully I will be able to speak at the next meeting if that is OK with Jake and Bob.

Yes please James (and Jake and Bob).

Dale, next time your raffle winnings are bothersome, I'd be happy to help by relieving you of that burden. ;)

I understand needing to dispense yummy raffle items prudently and ideally the raffle runs as its own self perpetuating entity (ticket receipts fund future purchases). In my opinion, the number of items raffled at the last meeting was a bit low compared to previous raffles. There wasn't much left after Dale Jedi mindtricked the ticket puller into drawing his numbers.

I'm not complaining, as I have been very fortunate with the raffle myself. It's just going from former Raffle Hog title holder to empty cooler on the way home loser is a tough transition.

Perhaps one of the pieces I've won has grown enough to be fragged and I can boost the number of items to be raffled by donating a frag back to the club.

Good meeting. I continue to be impressed with the wealth of knowledge and experience that is available in our club.
