Fed up with Marine Depot

I placed an order with Marine Depot on 1/15/06. So far they have shipped out 2 partial shipments. The remaining items include a Tunze Turbelle Stream Kit, a sediment filter and a DI filter. I understand the Stream Kit is back ordered and I can accept this. My problem is every time I call or email I am told they are sending out the filters that day, but I never receive confirmation that they have shipped. I have been dealing with this for a month now and I think a month is too long to wait to get filters for my RODI system which I also ordered from Marine Depot. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MY LAST ORDER WITH MARINE DEPOT.

Hello Lydon,

Thank you for your post, I researched your situation and found out that at the time your order was imported in to our system we did not have the filters you ordered in stock. What I have done for you is now that we do have the items in stock they are being shipped out to you today next day air at no cost to you, we are also not charging you for the filters you ordered.
