feed pause and delay start skimmer

I have a skimmer on Socket 3. Everytime the feed pause ends the skimmer overflows and a bunch of skimmate goes into my sump, not a good thing. Is there a way to set socket 3 to delay start after feed pause ends so that the sump level goes to its normal level before the skimmer starts again?

That does not work for feed pause, it is for blackouts like when the power goes out in the house.

In Programmable Logic G1 =
input : Filter
Time: 480 sec (8 min)
Function: Delay On

Then assign programable Logic to your skimmer socket
