Feeding Anemones

I was wondering what people feed there anemones and how often. I have herd they will eat anything, but what is the most nutritious. I am looking into BTA and Rose BTA, do they have a favorite food?

i feed either krill / silversides / mysis, i try to mix it up so they don't get bored i feed a little bit two to three times a week but you can feed a bit more once a week.

Soaking the above in selcon or zoecon will add more vitamins and make it more nutritious.

I am currently feeding my anemones frozen krill ( switch off like "a4twenty' ). I feed them about every 2-3 weeks or so --- or when I remember. Mine are growing fast enough as it is, so I don't feed them all that often.

I feed mysis, scallops, and table shrimp soaked in selcon. It really depends on the condition of your anemone and how big you want it to get. I feed mine almost daily because it was in very poor health when I got it (bleached and stubby tentacles).
