i cut a small piece from a raw shrimp to feed my plate coral. while it was disappearing into the plate's mouth, all of the fish were hovering and showing great interest. so i cut more tiny pieces, held them just below the surface and the fish all came up and snatched them. long nose hawkfish got most of them. dottyback got its share as did the clowns. once they were full, i dropped a couple of pieces in front of my orange spotted goby and he scooped them up. then the brittle star and the nassarius snails all came front and center. really fun to watch!
