Feeding green carpet anenome?

I was wondering what you guys thought would be the best food and how often to feed my new 3"x3" green carpet anenome??

Any recommendations??

chopped silversides,squid,shrimp. anything meaty will do. just wiggle the food a little when u give it to him. mine would not take anything unless it was moving when i first got it.
