how often and what do you guys feed?

Right now ive got a 2-2.5" occ clown and a new 1.25"-1.5" stripped blenny. Ive been feeding about a 1/5th of a cube of plankton every day. Going to go buy some pellets or flakes in the next day or two and either start alternating or adding them in depending on responses here.

I feed once a day to the 4 fish in my 30g. I vary their diet with pellets, flake and frozen mysis.

I've got a pair of Ocellaris Clowns that I feed once a day. I soak their Mysis in Selcon and Garlic. I also feed them ORA Glo, New Life Spectrum and Cyclop-eeze. I alternate their food daily.

i feed my clowns/hawk fish every other day with formula one pellets. sometimes frozen mysis if i'm not feeling lazy

I feed my reef Rod's Reef mixed frozen foods. I have never fed anything but frozen food.

I find the frozen food keeps the fish happy, the swim contentedly, damage to fins repairs quickly and coloration is top notch.

I feed once daily and supplement with a dose or two of live marine phytoplankton.
