Feeding Tomato Clown babies

I have a bunch of eggs, and will put them in their own tank once hatched. Can I feed them frozen rotifers or do they have to be live (cultured)?

You might get some fry to survive, but ultimately you need a good supply of live rots to have any decent success.

I did some reading and found out they have to be live. Got some live ones coming now that I bought on-line. I will start to culture them immediately.

How much do I feed my fry each day though?
