feeding with blood worms

anyone have good results with using blood worms for there clowns?

They love bloodworms, but the nutrition from them is poor. Only feed about once every 2 weeks.

i just recd a perc from another reefer and he was feeding it alot of blood worms, and this clown has a deep red color!. it started out having typical orange color as in most percs. i know this bec i gave it to him 6 months ago.

so just curious what other reefers exp. with its use.

i looked at the label on some yesterday dont remember the exact numbers but seemed to have good fat count and a few other things.

my brother in law is feeding them to his percs and they like it

im going to try to pick up some today. did he use the freeze dried or frozen version?

frozen and he cut the cube in half. as its only a 30gal tank with 3 fish in it.
