Feel Sad. .

Took away my clowns speghetti leather and put it into my new 125 tank. They slept in it's branches. They still have a large mushroom they also host in but it's not the same. Right now the little guys are wandering around the spot the leather was in looking for a place to sleep.

Before they hosted they slept in the sand. I'm sure they'll be ok but I feel so bad. This is their first night without the speghetti. They will be re-united with in in about a months time in a much larger tank.

I agree... The typical homeless cardboard box does not do well in an aquarium setting.... They will be fine and probably hosting a powerhead or something else wierd by morning.

Actually, right behind the speghetti leather was a large colony of hairy shrooms. They would also host in that just not sleep in it. I moved those shrooms to the sand where they used to sleep. And today they are all snug and resting in it. So maybe tonite they'll feel more comfortable and atleast sleep on, or near the shrooms! I'm so happy!!!!
