Female Flame Wrasse turning Male

I added a pair of Hawaiian Flame Wrasse (Male and Female) about 3 weeks ago. My female started off almost solid red, with a dark pink belly but is now equal parts yellow and pink/red making me believe she's turned into a male.

Has my female actually turned male? Can I keep 2 males in the same tank. Its a 110G tank.

A female can absolutely turn male, even with another male present.

Whether they can co-exist is TBD. Often they're able to "work it out", but sometimes not. If you start seeing one attacking another, ripped fins, or one forcing the other into hiding, you'll need to remove one.

I have the same situation. Luckily they are living together without too many issues.

The stupid Bartletts bother them more than anything else.

I see them kind of lunging at each other, kind of like one is "punking" the other one. Haven't seen any biting....yet.
