Female Lubbock's Wrasse. Will it turn male?

She's pretty small, about 2 inches or so. Any chance she'll turn male as she grows?

Good chance, especially if you have other male wrasses in the tank, or better yet, another female.

I have a male Melanurus. Does that count?

Generally another wrasse in the Cirrhilabrus or Paracheilinus Genera works best. But she will likely turn male regardless.
