I have a ton of stuff that is just collecting dust among things and needs to go. So figured I would post some.
Spectrapure LLC-PH Powerhead level controller - 33.00
Pinpoint PH meter (**needs probe**) w/ AC adaptor - 30.00

Now for the sump that is split into multiple sections and has a raceway built in. This was built and designed by Acrosteve. I bought it from him a while back for a project that never became.
The upper area towards the back is a frag grow-out raceway. Below it is the refuge. There is an area for a skimmer that will maintain a constant water level. Below and in front of the skimmer area is the actual sump where any fluctuations in water level are monitored. It has a volume of about 70 gallons.
The overall height is 20-1/2"
The outside dims of the "refuge" section are 31"x18"
The outside dims of the "sump" section are 12"x25"
Interior dims of the skimmer section are 16-1/4"x11-1/8"
Interior dims of the raceways are 4" wide x 8-1/2" tall.
Outsides of the sump are 1/2" acrylic and the interior partitions and bottom are 3/8"
