Few Macro Pics with new DSLR

I just got a new DSLR and was fooling around with it. I don't have any post production software to clean up photos yet. This is also my first 'real' camera..lol. Here a few LPS that turned out pretty decent. ENJOY :bum:

Ding Ding, RokleM is correct! Its a Nikon D3100 and I used a 105mm Micro (macro) lens for these shots. Once I get some post processing software, I will be able to shoot in RAW which, from what I understand, is a good way to shoot Macro and can clean up the pics to replicate color as we see in person.

Not to derail the thread much, but hit up the photograph forum here for more details. In the mean time if you don't have resources to buy, gimp and ufraw are open source free tools for RAW/editing.

@ RokleM - yeah I plan on hitting up the photograhy forum at some point once I get the basics down pat....I'll look at the 'freeware' you suggested.
