Few questions for Roger regarding old TS24 kits

Hello Roger,

I've had this kit for almost 3 years since they first came out. I was one of the very first few people here in the US to be lucky enough after many months of waiting.

Up until today I believe is one of the best purchases I've made. They have been trouble free since day one. I've cleaned them about once a year or so.

Few questions:

1. I've seen the new controller 7095 and wondered if it would offer me any advantages compared to the one I have now which is the 7094 ? if I'm not mistaken.

2. My current tank is a 210 AGA (6 foot tank) and the way I have my rockwork setup is like two walls. Each one covering the overflows. Most of my LPS (Bubbles, Frogspawn and such) will be on one side of the tank. SPS would be on the other rock pile. Would it be wise to set up both of my streams on one side of the tank and blowing across the entire lenght of the tank? In essence trying to emulate what a wavebox does but with a couple of streams.

3. How would you recommend I set them up? The way I have them setup now is next to the overflows on the outer ends facing the front glass. They're alternating between 30-100% flow.

Thanks in advance,

djfrankie

1) The 7095 has a new program, Interval 2, which idles one pump and pulses the other. Intervals of as short as 1 second are possible. It also has a moonlight feature and is easier to use because the programs are not as dependent on using certain sockets.

2/3) It won't be possible to really establish a resonance frequency with the multicontroller and build a wave. It does not pulse the pumps fast enough. I think your current set up is the best for the 7094, with the 7095 Interval 2 is my preferred.
